“We met Frances when she became our daughter’s lawyer. Having had no previous experience with the workings of the legal world, we were very much out of our comfort zone. We were anxious, worried and full of questions. Frances’ calm, professional manner helped allay the fears we had in what we would expect to happen as far as the legal processes our daughter would be going through. She answered each question we had for her and asked from us what she needed to know to do her job efficiently. Her answers were clear and easy to understand. If we didn’t fully comprehend a question, she would happily go over it until we did. Her communication in keeping us informed with what was happening with our daughter, was consistent and greatly appreciated.  Our gratitude towards Frances and the work she did for our whanau is equal to none. We have no issues in recommending her to anyone finding themselves in the same situation we found ourselves in. You won’t find another lawyer that would work any harder than she did.”

“Frances supported me to reach my first parole, she also ensured that my key support people were involved.  She knows what she’s doing and how to encourage the system to benefit you.  Without France’s help, I may not have gotten my first parole but I did due to her preparation.  I am now working in a role as a contributing member of society where, alongside my whanau, may not have been possible without Frances’s support – Nga mihi nui mo to tautoko Frances.  I would highly recommend you to any wahine particularly if they are incarcerated.”
